CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) designed to stimulate the anterior pituitary to release endogenous growth hormone in a pulsatile, physiologically natural manner. Unlike direct GH administration which suppresses the body's own production, CJC-1295 works within the body's existing feedback loops, amplifying GH output while preserving the natural pulsatile rhythm that governs its downstream effects including IGF-1 elevation, muscle protein synthesis, fat metabolism, and tissue repair.
